We have our monthly flash tattoos available where we announced it over instagram. Look out for those.
We are qualified Permanent Makeup Artists (PMU) and a tiny tattoo can be performed by a PMU artist so it is important to remember that a tiny tattoo is still considered as a cosmetic tattoo.
Tiny tattoos are more dainty and feminine. The smaller lines in the tattoos make it possible to get more details in the tattoo, making room for words, script, and more elegant looking tattoo designs.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What can I expect from the procedure?
Fine Line / Tiny Tattoos can take anywhere between 15-60 minutes depending on your designs. We have a few different designs to choose from. Once you have chosen the design and placement we then start the procedure.
Does it hurt? Do you numb?
Depends on your tolerance but expects some discomfort. We can numb if the discomfort or pain becomes unbearable. However, our numbing is secondary, thus, we have to break the skin first for it to be effective.
Is it a real tattoo?
Yes, fine line and tiny tattoos are very real and are done just like traditional tattoo with machine and needle.
How long does it last?
Even though tiny tattoos fade more quickly than bigger ones, they are easier to fix when it happens. They should last 5-10 years without retouch.
Is one session enough?
Depends on how delicate the tattoo is and the placement. A touch up might be needed, with delicate lines or with fingers, palms and feet placement are quiet delicate.
How will the tattoo heal?
Tattoo should heal in about 3-4 weeks. The 2nd skin wrap should be left on for maximum 1 week for the best healed results. Fading in certain areas may happen, so a touch up may be required
What is the aftercare?
The aftercare consists of leaving the wrap on your skin for 1 week. After the first 1-3 days of the first wrap, remove it and rinse with lukewarm water, pat dry, and apply on 2nd wrap. Repeat previous procedure, and once 2nd wrap falls off, apply aquaphor/A&D ointment until it completely heals.
Why does the ink bleed out underneath the wrap?
This is part of the healing process as your skin is renewing itself. The body will expel blood, ink, and lymph creating an ink sack behind the plastic film. Please do not worry about it since keeping the film on as long as you can will result in a better healed tattoo.
